For instance, if there's an unresolved settling issue, you can probably see cracks in the foundation, buckling, un-level floors, un-plumb doors, etc. ...but, if everything is solid now on an old house, it'll probably remain pretty solid for the foreseeable future.

Whether this is by design or because they are overwhelmed by their own success remains to be seen.HOWEVER, for those that have spoken to the company and felt that they were on the level, I would say follow your gut but be very sure you take responsibility for doing your own due diligence.

With 5 days already that's a super flexible cancelation policy (even if Airbnb calls it "moderate") and I doubt you'd re-book that close.But yea, my confusion still remains what the heck these guests are doing that they're regularly unable to travel for an entire 3-day span.
