If you get an umbrella policy, it may be possible to list both the LLC and your personal names so it covers over both your new home, your autos, and the LLC property. 

BUT we found that tracking all those accounts is crazy hard so we invested in software for a unified inbox, multi channel sync, owner and cleaner logins with specified access, multi calendar, an app for easy messaging, plus my favorite auto messaging. 

I suggest setting-up your bank account to auto-pay your loans and then forget about them--pretend they don't exist--and start moving forward with your life now.

If you want to pay it off earlier you only have to have the diligence for a short period while you set up auto pay with the additional principal and you have the option of backing off if you need to.  

The question will be is this a permanent change or is it going to be like the auto industry boom and bust.

I send them a POA and 3rd Party Authorization form stating that I will be new owner of residence and setting payments on auto pay.
