If I had a STR manager, I would either use the co-host feature on Airbnb or hire one of the local STR managers that will continue to use Airbnb as their advertising platform.

You pay $7 a day to be listed on the MLS and you will also be on Zillow Redfin etcThat also includes someone taking professional photos of the house, and a sign for the yardFor $35 they send post cards to all the local realtorsThe contact person is you so you don’t have to pay any commission Of you like you can offer to pay a selling agentIf you don’t want to do your own open house you pay $200 to have one hosted by a local agent who also provides purchase cabinets Contracts.  

There is a PIG meetup that is pretty good, as well as a few others that are hosted around the area.

We're doing a lot to change the curve appeal of the property, the whole re-positioning process takes time but as the perception changes so does your pricing power.I'll be in Gastonia next month, maybe I'll host a get together at the property for those who want to see what re-positioning a property and tenant base looks like....

Hi Tony,It's relatively easy at networking events if they are small enough where host goes around and asks folks to introduce themselves (30 sec) on what they do and what are they interested in learning, who are they interested in meeting, etc. 

I noticed another bp memmber uses myvr as her website host.
