Best bet is to start with the city and find out what your building limitations are based on setbacks lot coverage height restriction etc. 20 foot wide lot will be difficult to work with

To try and find out what is "good" in such a wide range is like saying what is a good property deal in Nebraska, far too un-focused to get any accurate answer.
