In regards to repairs, that's a different loan product -Rehab loan programs provide funding for repairs and are ARV based.

@James Hughes Hey James, I am studying Computer Science at Fsu, and would love to work with you to make a program free of charge to send out mass e-mails, text messages etc... should be really easy as long as a file is given with the names and numbers.

However, there could be other ways to increase income (if you haven't already) like using the RUBS Program, late fees, pet fees, storage fees (if you have extra room for storing larger items that might be hard for them to store in a 440 sq ft apartment), etc. 

I don't know that there are many niche OZ lawyers given the program hasn't been as gangbusters as once predicted.

Its a non profit REIA that provides networking, education and access to mentors,partner programs and so much more.
