Cash flow and success of property investing in US has a lot to do with turnover, its vital to have good tenants and long term, turnover of tenants kills cash flow I have found.I would absolutely love to continue to purchase properties in US however, its totally dependent on whether I can source the right finance  because our Australian $ is so weak it wont stack up buying in US unless I can buy in US$.I have looked at various financial products but they have fallen short and seem to risky.
