Did some tell you the lie that this is the best way to become a real estate investor and build up money?

Hello,I have invested in a few properties meant for long-term renting.I have also since started a rental property management company that operates in areas we know very well (ascendiadynamics.com)Porto and Lisbon are very expensive areas at the moment. 

I work out of my basement and have been trying to find a location near me that rents out individual offices. 

You could also do a 1031 and trade up, could get into a nicer area

buying something random out of state, and getting absolutely crushed by capex and turnovers. 

I've been looking in deal finder for properties and noticed to multi families aren't showing up in map view, but when I search them by address the listing appears.

I will have POA and will conduct a 80% cash out refi, which the loan proceeds will then be paid to the seller and the title would then finally be transferred to me.
