Once you become a preferred customer, all of a sudden, the rule book is a little different for you.

Often the tax increase will not happen until > 1 year or more since you bought it so you can suddenly have a big amount of back taxes on your next property tax bill. 

I will go weeks with radio silence and then all of a sudden 3 service calls within 24 hours, a letter from the City, and tenant giving notice to move.If all your properties are cash flowing, I would not consider selling them. 

Five Points, maybe, but keep in mind that if you find somewhere in such a popular growth city that suddenly offers you cash flow, you might want to be sure you know why it's offering cash flow. i.e. how bad is the area? 

Personally, I doubt that the banks had this lightbulb go off all of a sudden and realized that they could make more off of a mortgage insurance claim than by selling the property.

If someone won the lottery does that suddenly given them magic insights they didn't have before?

Agents who represent sellers, I feel, have more to worry about with the tech surge.

All of a sudden I'm seeing 3 different members, all from NY city posting praises of Watermark on this board.
