I play video games, and I lead a very productive life and invest in real estate.I missed it if Account Closed said he is a gamer who expects to make money off of it, but come on - there is nothing wrong with taking some time to relax sometimes, and some of us enjoy using video games for that :-)

However, the benefit of my husband being an agent is that he can get leads on listings as soon as they hit the market by checking in throughout the day on the daily hotsheets, plus you get all of the other information about the listing that's not on a 3rd party website and you can go to the property on your timetable and not have to schedule with another agent a time that works for them.

Having done 75 buy-sell deals 2003 thru 2010 and subsequently losing my entire portfolio 2008 thru 2013, I've been clawing my way back from a position of no cash whatsoever and remain deeply entrenched in the 'turnaround' via being a painting contractor, flipping the odd house here and there, and as an agent with Keller Williams (focused mostly on higher-end mountain properties).
