Meaning, the normal "blanket" style loan in Texas is a 20 year, adjustable rate loan.  

There are multiple "solo" style brokerages like eXp that may seem attractive, but it's better to learn from others at the start.

Higher-end 'townhome style' rentals go up to $2,000/month in this area. 

This will not appear on your credit report as it is supplied to the LLC and depending on the mid-FICO of the guarantor(s) you might be able to finance up to 75% of the appraised value.The down side is the rate is slightly higher than a residential style mortgage supplied in your name, but to me its worth it as there is no cap on how many you can have open at a time.
