I grew up in Atlanta but went to MTSU for 3 years so drove through quite a bit, also did a lot of rowing there when I was on an Atlanta team, and of course have done quite a bit of shopping at Becky's Shoes (although I hear it just changed names?).

I would get all the comps for similar duplexes and determine the value from their since you might purchase all of these properties and then be in the same shoes as the seller five years from now.

LOL its funny people can put others in an others shoes and (seemingly) know every system/person.If snake oil fixes an ailment go for it...if a newspaper column, text book, word of mouth, an "experienced" investor or what ever "educated" person &/or program looks good & helps get a deal &/or exposed to something like BP...doing deals etc then why bash it?
