Anytime i would talk to people about what i wanted to do at the time which was own my own car shop (funny how things change over time) they would give me that same look your talking about. 

@Lawrence Lloyd paclob it's always better to have your funding lined up first but that shouldn't shop you from putting in an offer.

I wanna be smart, but the more I read the more I realize there is to read.

I'm going to spend some more time learning the market and property values so I can find a deal that will make me money going in, instead of banking on a buy and hold with close numbers.I think this is the smart way to go...

If the street says East anything, I would not live there.As for shopping and chain restaurants, Peach St is the place to be (on the south end in Millcreek township that is).
