Looks like there may be a fairly significant drop off in quality with some of the compact washers out there, or increase in price for the good ones.Could use some guidance!

Those cost haven't been outrageous.. maybe $1,100 over the course oy my ownership, and all of the improvement have added to the quality of the community and increased property values.

C maybe D forget it for your first rental unless your totally hands on.one side of the coin is your bright outlook.the other is you have a miserable experience and never want to buy rentals again my vote is to buy quality thats where the money is made in this game not buying because itgs cheap.

Marlton, voorhees, Cherry hill, mount laurel are great target areas because you are going to find a high quality tenant - great schools, job market etc 3.

If you have the funds to put in a better quality floor for the rental and by better quality I mean less costly to care for down the road then carpet I highly recommend it.

I believe your profile said you're already a realtor but for both your investing and as a realtor you're going to want to create quality relationships with some of the local smaller banks to start out with and don't forget about commercial financial brokers, to help with accessing those smaller banks and credit unions just outside the city.

In this case, nearly everyone in my neighborhood and in the surrounding neighborhoods would complain about the quality of their fences, but almost none would do anything about it.
