In my experience it's not the area you see on the news and I'm sure you could investigate crime rates.

When FSBO needs to prepare a preliminary report from a Title company?

When they open the investigation, they will notify the property manager and ask for a response.

The newly elected City Council held a preliminary vote in March 2020 to change and modify these rules to be more in favor of STRs, and decided at that meeting to review the rules at a later date.  

Currently my title company is running my preliminary report.
