@Aaron Macken and @Gabe Pelak - we have about 1,800 duplexes sold every year within the metro area, most of them in Milwaukee, a hand full in the surrounding counties at higher price points.The first choice you have to make is do you want a 1920s or a 1960s duplex, both have their pros and cons when it comes to operating cost and curb appeal.
