Do not be in a hurry to rent it out again.There are websites you can find to do background checks...management companies will also screen tenants for you for a fee, if you don't want to bring in the management company full time.Be patient, get a good tenant in.Take deep breaths.Once the place is functional again take a good hard look at the goals you have for yourself...decide if you want to stick with landlording, or if you want to get out of it.

Unfortunately, he is not what I would call a savvy nor an organized investor.

I am unfortunately in a very compact region without a REIA or similar organized gathering.

I've organized a plan to achieve my goal.  

We will be entering the commercial market and are searching for an organization that will have the experience to lead this shift.I am interested in Maui Mastermind and I am absolutely baffled that when searched on here, there are no posts, no blogs, and only three members who reference them in their profiles.

Have them bid on the total job, c material costs, rather than pay a GC to organize them all.
