If not, keep buying up the rest of Richmond and you likely won't be upset about "missing out" on the Manchester wave.

It's a different town entirely during snowbird season compared to the rest of the year, so I feel that STR demand may not be consistent throughout the year. 

There are frequent street festivals downtown and plenty of markets and eclectic restaurants to draw people in even when there is no official festival.
