This is especially true for things like Wills and Estate planning documents because by their nature the signatory is not going to be around to vouch for their own signature after they are dead and their wishes are being implemented.Having a notary validate the identities and signatures is never a "bad" thing.

Raking up points on any site will not by the virtue of it get you more business however the more active you are at learning the the more successful you can become.I am new to this site however other sites of similar nature have helped me both through knowledge and through connections.My thoughts on real estate investing are simple.On your own you can do OK, with a partner you can do GOOD but with a network you will do GREAT!
