There are no "Pit Cats" only "Pet Cats".Cats do not bark all day long when the owner is not home.Cats bury their "business" vs. leaving it all over the yard for the tenant to NOT rake up.Cats do not consume neighborhood children (unless they are a tiger).Good Luck!

@Joseph Crunkilton I agree that driving for dollars can be very time consuming - both the driving part and hunting down the owners.Consider working with a list broker where you only pay for the lists you are getting and not a subscription that you pay every month.

Lumber prices are especially high at this point due, in part, to consumers competing with commercial demand so I'd imagine that's factoring into the numbers but in general prices tend to go up or at best flatten for a time period.
