Set up a keyword alert for your area and interact with the other people in your area as much as possible.

Their is a lot of interaction needed with PM to make sure your out of area cash flow cows work.its those that think they can just buy them and forget them that usually have some issues.

Like Rick said the estate needs to give you a power of autorney re this property so you can interact with the bank.

As their capital decreases, so must their lending.Capital One just sent out millions of notices telling their customers that their interest rates are being raised dramatically "due to extraordinary changes in the economic environment".

This management company would be the entity that interacts with the public, maintains the property, negotiates contracts, advertising, marketing, etc.

He has no ambition to create something more, because he has no motivation and that is probably why he will do nothing extraordinary in the business world no matter how much money someone gives him.

While I want those I deal with to feel I have done my best to come to an equitable interaction at the fairest terms.
