That says, here you can call me.It says, if you don't know why you have my card, I don't want to talk to you.Don't mail crap to me.My business is run from the library in my home.No, you can't drop by.It says, I have enough business interests that I don't need to solicit with cards.It clearly says, I'm not out to impress you with titles in companies with empty bank accounts.So, it can say more than you might think. :) 

If there's reason to believe that in 5 years you will exit 25% higher than you got in, then the underwriting of the CF looks very different that it does when you are trying to drive all of you ROI with CF.Having said this, I am not impressed with $500/month of CF beeing bought with 25% down.  

I joined REAPS in December and have been really impressed with the energy of the members, organization of events, the speakers they've lined up, etc.

Your first impression is usually right.

After listening, that was the impression that I got as well, but wanted to hit the forums to confirm. 

It has a noticeable pitch and gives the impression that the front half of the house is sinking.

I was under the impression that money I put into the property is eventually directly removed from my taxable gross earned income.
