The ones I like the most are those on App Stores which you can download to your cell phone, so I can use it at home and also on the field.These apps usually start free with some basic functions, and if you like it and want more functions, you can pay certain amount to upgrade (I paid 20 and I think it is worth it).

Sorry, new to posting here and still don’t know much about editing on the iPhone app, etc.I would imagine, as someone looking at that type of property to rent myself on Airbnb, that comps wouldn’t necessarily be just local to the Columbia but also lake properties.
