Apologies for not getting back sooner, for whatever reason I had not been notified when someone posted a reply.Here is a little more background:after reading all 112 pages of the declaration and its amendments, there was a rental restriction imposed back in 2009 which allowed for 50% non-owner occupied.

However, it does mean if they don't pay the rent within the required time period, then you can proceed with the eviction process.If they have the money, they will pay it sooner rather than later.
