What they are selling/teaching is the same basic things that have been taught for decades (maybe centuries), very generic, and in a lot of cases very wrong...or at best very out dated.As far as the cost is concerned, would you not say that an education on how to spend, use, control and make Millions of dollars over the next <fill in a number here> years is worth spending a few bucks on?

Before I bought my first investment property I talked to a bunch of local investors, some of them gave me some generic albeit helpful info and then there were others who really helped educate me and gave me the confidence to do the deal.
