Have you done the full research on that? 

I do work a full time Job in blue collar and save 3k a month.  

It has no kitchen cabinets and electric service cannot be connected until the electrical meter has been upgraded.

Other than that it's probably not worth it if you're going to pay in full within 18 months. 

Flip - If it needs a full gut, I will just tend to flip it.
