Looking for recommendations on books to learn more about the ins-n-outs of LLCs and their best uses?

Started reading the Bigger Pockets book on rental property investing and decided to join this forum to seek advice and help with taking that first actual step into investing.

I've finally reached the breakeven point on what I needed to recoup what I had reinvested for maintenance. 

I had an Audible credit and it was between that Josh's book on Rental Property Investing or Shark Tank (how different would my life be if I downloaded Shark Tank instead?).   

In my experience there are pros and cons to each firm.These are some general comments and all of this is negotiable with the PM to some extent depending on the book of business.  

So I called him up and asked him very explicitly if this $3000 quote is just an estimate or if that's the final cost.

I've been reading a lot more the past few years, and I've gotten really into all of the books, podcast, and blogs in the FinCon community.

Matt: my first  comment is that the market in that area is not troubled because of Trump; in fact, if the economy had not finally started roaring the last couple years, there might be some bad headlines.

I'm finally serious about getting my feet wet wholesaling in my state of Washington after reading tons of books and listening to many BP podcasts on the subject.I've been working on a website to help with lead generations and I was going to create a page stating "We Pay Cash for Leads That Close!"

Even just directing me to a book or article about this would be awesome.
