Under normal times we would be giving out notices to evict, but since that is not possible in my state (governor just extended no eviction till January 9 - has been extending it every month) working with tenants is the best option.  

For commercial properties, you can extend depreciation over 39 years.

Between Airbnb and sharing the house with a relative to cover mortgage expense for the duration of the required timeframe to stay as a primary residence.

if you want them out with out a long term notice etc.. and i think the city just extended the eviction moratorium till the end of March. ??
