How should i manage the cleaning aspect of the rental unit?

He said his coaching is different in the aspect where people come in with basic knowledge and he will help find a deal and walk you through the whole process.My two questions are, is there a time where it might be appropriate to pay a coach for something like that?

I've been in restaurants most of my life, managing and opening them, and i think those skills can/will translate nicely into managing the multiple aspects of RE investing.  

I did not think of the "selling securities" aspect of it and would most likely try to avoid going down that road road for the time being.

I have seen every aspect of how an income property package is put together (acquisition, ROI projections, and rehabs) processed (LLC creation, bank accounts, docs, closing), and life after the deal closes (insurance, management and re-sale). 

But based on what Jarrad stated about the other aspects, I think it is something more sinister.With regards to credit pulls.
