Furniture got ordered and built and staged by end of January and as you can see by pics below it turned out great.

Purchase price: $85,000 Cash invested: $10,000 Small rehab and staged as a vacation rental.

We need to Hemorrhage some more funds into the projects to get them finished and staged (all FFE) once we do, we will be able to really make a turn up and right!  

We are at the final stages of a major renovation updating everything!
