Contractors?

I'm seeking contractors in the Bradenton, FL area (Sarasota, Manatee, or Pinellas county) that have experience with these type of loans since there are more guidelines then a basic job.Scope of work would be Windows, Doors, Kitchen and Baths.  

One of my main reasons for that preference is because I would prefer for the electricity to be in the tenants' names.

But my question is, is it possible to get a list from the electric company or elsewhere that lists the people who are past due on their electric bills and in danger of getting their electric shut off?

However, I have made two contractors change.

So no boarding up the window or turn off the electric.  

I’m looking for a general contractor to work with on future projects.

Our PM hired contractors to do the repairs but the repairs were not getting done. 

I will tell you this much--if you're going to BRRRR, you better have a good contractor that knows what they're doing by your side.
