I'm flexible (no wife, dogs, kids) and would move out of my single family home to rent out the whole thing and move to a multi3.

The trains that serve the LIC areas are the 7 train, the LIRR, E, F, M and R trains.There is ONE sleeping DOG train that I think will be woken up if this comes true!

As crass as it may sound, for some, you must demonstrate who the alpha dog is.

Property was a Fannie foreclosure, and the owner had let a herd of dogs run wild in the house.

I suspect they will not spend the resources to  hire legal council etc. and fight for the investors.They have plenty of dogs. 

The pet conversation allows me to explain that I don't allow 5 cats, or that my requirements don't allow prohibited dog breeds.  

There are a lot of minor issues that aren't as urgent, but the main problem is the flat roof on the duplex most likely needs replacement.
