Not sure if a valid resolution was ever come across?

My resolution for 2015 - further develop my two-track career of syndicator/guru.  

I'm just wondering how much of a hindrance other investors think this is and I'm wondering if there is a creative resolution during the rehab process that someone thinks we should consider.  

If it is, then send me a PM for a higher resolution image.

By far the most common issue we see landlords have to deal with is application fee disputes, so we always recommend using a process that pre-screens/pre-qualifies before taking the applicant's money.

I hope to see a good resolution.

I dispute the buy/install cost difference but then I do it myself.

I’m one of those work from the bottom up guys and now here I am, started in the middle here so :/When I was a pit boss, I could see all across the spectrum so I never was afraid of a customer outsmarting me in a dispute.

I was hopeful this post wouldn't turn into another Civil Liberties dispute, but it has.
