The Hard Money is going ok and I am waiting for final approval on the development but nothing firm yet.

. $50k paid cash returning $700/month and has already gone up in value due to it being in an area with some good developments.

I have seen a few decent listings land in Lee's Summit as well as in the midtown area that would be great for holding as development is booming right now.I would love to chat sometime and talk about your vision.

I reached out to Clayton again and was told that Oceanpointe was basically not following through with any renovations and that HE was going through with developing a property management company (Blue Sky) to transfer the property and complete the renovations that weren't done by Oceanpointe.  

Find a reputable turnkey provider in your target market.
