While townhomes typically have both ground and air rights (no units above and below), this is a physical description.

.- change the listing description and photos by season (rewrite it every season) to try to highlight off-season activities/attractions/etc and add amenities that cater to off-season guests (eg, add a fire pit for the fall and spring). - If in the off-season you get more couples/retirees, single travelers, etc.

@Samson Paturi - It sounds like you're at The Palms of Destin from your description - If so, great choice :) As far as stressing about what could happen, I recommend just focus on maximizing your investment in the near term.

Amazon only had a few and the descriptions and reviews didn't impress me.

Seems to be designed for longer term furnished rentals with no calendar or place to put availability besides description and lease term.
