It just depends on your end goals, cash flow need, pocket depth etc. 

The aunt photos is to get more in depth pictures and to verify what the rehab itemized list is stating.

The height and depth is still full counter height/depth, but it is 6" narrower (probably ~16" wide interior). 

People go to extreme depths to lie sometimes. 

The key is your knowledge...and that knowledge must be in depth of each option you are thinking of using.
