It's always lack of time, often stay up late until 1-2 am and have to get up around 6am because of the early daily meeting on the site.I feel I should be full time RE investor because I know what's going to happen, what to do next, however, I don't have enough time to move faster.

I work on hydronic systems daily, and I can tell you, if a valve breaks, you are in for some real water damage, especially if the system has a make-up water feed system.

@Gary Landon It's Baltimore tons of houses go for $10,000 below on a daily bases it seems like.
