Hello @Adam Pervez,Instead of selecting a location based on people’s opinions, I recommend selecting a location based on your goals.If your goal is a passive income that will get you off the daily worker treadmill, accumulating enough rental properties anywhere will work.

However, the ability to raise and lower prices on a daily basis allows you to make good cashflow when times are good.However, in the end, if I could - I would still stay with the recession proof nature of multifamilies. 

Is it because, you think by doing so you might bump up your daily rate, or get better reviews, or what?  

Well, as a short term rental, because the finishes are so luxury, and I am buying all new furniture for the property, I plan on my ADR (average daily rate) being around $500.

I also say agent, because I followed up with the listing agent daily so she knew I was a serious buyer who could close.

I say that show that it has not taken long AT ALL for both my wife and I to get daily cold calls, texts, mailers, etc. from wholesalers wanting to buy our properties.

Collectively I've got 250,000+ followers on my various platforms and I say offensive things on a daily basis.

It comes down to keeping at it daily and building relationships.
