I feel it is important landlords know the rules and learn how to minimize the risk.

As an investor and a customer, I don't mind paying a monthly retainer fee, as long as the quality of the service and the communication is good, especially during tax filing times.

Make sure you feel comfortable, but keep in mind if you ask for too much (in comparison to other MTR hosts), you might lose out on guests.
