Very nice, very respectful and overall super pleasant and appreciative...BUT...they checked in and wondered if I had a wall clock, they needed a reading light, wondered about a 6' extension cord or if I could get them one, were there more hangers etc.

I then check to see if there are any local laws that limit the number of STR rentals in the municipality.

I wonder how can i find place and house to check for mu budget, criteria ect..

I'm not an expert at this but something is off to me has anybody been told this as well.Thank you,Could be that the lender wants to avoid IRS/Treasury disclosure trouble for transactions over $10,000 (part of the know your customer rule).So as another poster said; when you say “cash” do you mean physical notes that we all carry around in our wallets? 

When naming your multifaceted storage facility, it's crucial to choose a name that reflects the diversity of services you offer while also being memorable and easy to understand for potential customers.

Same with checks and cash.I checked out some of the above mentioned apps and they definitely did not fit my need or were expensive compared to the competition.
