I travel all over the world with all expenses paid on top of that pay, that rate also includes any editing time I spend as well once I am back home.The main reason for the move is that I am from the Danville San Ramon California area where there are very nice people that are into fitness, everything there is clean and people with bad habits or criminals can't afford to live anywhere near that area.We found an area just like it in Texas with people even more friendly, the place is more beautiful than in Danville, its much bigger and the homes are half the price of Danville.

This level of fee should be considered criminal, in my opinion. 

(I know, but it happens)Analyze their credit report and if you feel comfortable, do a background check and make sure their criminal history checks out.Another key factor is employment history.

I am thinking of using an online screening service for background, criminal, credit, evictions.

If the bank defaults and closes up shop they could also be facing criminals penalties from the feds for faulty procedures and gross negligence.If the one loan that went bad was a whopper it can take them down fast.

But also that many criminal offenses shouldn't be much of a barrier

If someone has stable verifiable income, has never been evicted and has a solid rental history, and has a clean criminal history then it's usually a good tenant for me.  

It is strictly business and the proper way to deal with criminal tenants.Take the tenant to eviction and do us all a favour by officially branding him a criminal.

I guess it's one way to get more up-votes under one's name. 71 and counting as of the time of this post.Btw, not saying I disagree with the premise of the post, but the way it's worded I'm not at all surprised there are 5+ pages of responses ranging from, "I agree with the OP 100%" to "The OP is a criminal dream killer."

I had 3 or 4 different buyers give me down payments but I had to return them all because I didn't like the buyers for various reasons (one had a little too much criminal history, etc).
