I am curious what types of tools/systems each of you are using to AUTOMATE the process of:1) Gathering prospects to interact/market to (obtaining Likes)2) Gathering content to post (How To's, Market Trends, Ebooks, etc)3) Post this content on a consistent and frequent basisThanks in advance!

Here's what I did, it took a bit of work to set up but every day I get seller only leads contacting me, it's completely automated, and happened totally by accident.

You need to occupy your mind.Step back a bit, automate whatever you can automate and smell the roses.

It is all automated and verifiable, so, in spite of what I said above, I'd give her your best offer to take to Fannie Mae and ensure she doesn't add anything to it.

Those automated values on zillow and trulia are not useful for investing.
