I am on the fence if I should try to get the properties approved to accept section 8 housing vouchers. 

It was a very long process since they had a bunch of restrictions and I had to be approved by NH Financial Housing Authority How did you finance this deal?

You could get a pre-approved set of plans from the city and throw it in with the deal...

What steps do I take next as of now to the end goal in regards to getting pre-approved for VA loan, finding a property or working with a real estate agent and closing on everything?

Hello BP lender community,I’ve been shot down a couple of times by conventional lenders telling me that the VA will not approve of 5 acres with a double wide and two singles.

One career I am exploring is becoming a realtor but I know I would need to wait a year or two to get approved for a loan.

I believe I need to find bridge funding that will buy the property until the bank approval is done. 

That being said, did you actually have your credit run for a full approval?

I am waiting for my loan approval and the house is under pending.Later I noticed that there was no furnice filter in that house so I asked my buyer'agent to ask seller what size and type of filter they used for their furnace.

We told the guest we were unable to approve the booking because of this and called airbnb support- they said the account was under investigation and couldn't tell us anything further and they would eventually make a decision to block or allow the booking.
