All it takes is one blunder to change the course of the landlording adventure.

But if it is an incompetence of the cleaning crew, forgetting, not following through with their tasks, not cleaning well enough, not following your instructions or making an attempt to fix it after pointing issues out,  might be a good idea to look around for someone else. 

If you don’t believe he/she is up to the task, hire a new agent to represent you.

With all the technology and resources out there, it's counterproductive to waste time doing tasks that can be easily automated.

I think that's why it can seem like an overwhelming task at the outset because there are so many options.
