I did meet with the banks and they don't recommend any way for me right now except old fashion pay off and to take out small loans to build a report with them so when it comes time for me to get some properties they will back me.We did discuss closing the ccd's after paying them off but the bank does not recommend that, they said to pay them off leave at zero and use them once every 6 months or so.

Rehab it only to rent it for top dollar or rehab for flips in the same fashion.
