Hi all, if I found a good investment property that was a BRRRR and made more money than I anticipated and I wanted to reward a realtor past the commission initially paid (especially because they don’t get the upside of selling the fixed up property if I hold) can I do that?

The rewards are seen in the level of risk you will take.  

Having your own real estate brokerage, you'll rewarding yourself the independence.

It's a rewarding journey, but it's essential to be well-informed and prepared before diving in.

Reward for completing before deadline and a penalty when it goes past deadline.

Once you get a NNN tenant in a warehouse locked in for 5 years its very rewarding.

I know there are smarter ways financially, but accepting all risk and all reward for your ideas is how I roll.

I agree student housing can be challenging however strong rewards. 

Risk and rewards is what you need to evaluate.

I think I need to figure out risk vs reward and where we will best find our niche .. and also long term goals.
