I am concerned with the county wide shut down order for COVID19 and the announcement that evictions are suspended for 60 days will affect my ability to collect rent. 

We already had all the "emergency items" in stock so it hasn't affected us in the least.

Currently it seems like the demand/prices haven't been affected yet, Jack may be right about not seeing the impact for a while.

I would add to this that folks affected do some research on the "staying power" of the virus.

But even then, you will need to know the ARV for the area and what the rehab costs will be to know if it is worth the effort.As to your question on how it can be affected, well worst case scenario, your tenants can't or won't pay rent and then you can't evict and when they finally do move out, you will likely have a very damaged property.

We are going to look into it. with the new EO20-22 it closes a lot of services and we are now affected.

That way it wouldn't affect your DTI, no need of proof your income, etc. and you can go ahead with your strategy.
