Should I become a realtor?

I am a new REI and new realtor! 

If you want to be a realtor you definitely need one if you want to be an investor it is optional..Also keep in mind there will be fees involved.

Im looking for a reputable realtor around the Johnston County, North Carolina area.

We have been looking around Hilltop because there are listings in or close to that range and having an old home ourselves we hold a certain love for older homes, but talking to some of the realtors it seems like they are going much higher than listed price?

Most likely you can form the LLC after getting the property under contract, but again, consult your professionals in that area (realtor, attorney, lender). 

I've been working with a realtor to find flips, but have been unsuccessful at closing a deal due to the steep competition.

I've reached out to a couple realtors, and am already pre-approved for SFH & multi-family purchases (through FHA). 

My realtor states that this is a good deal, however, the numbers don't add up.

My realtor told me the market value of the property would be in the range of $290 to 310K.
