I have a software that pulls some data from the MLS that shows a map of areas and shows zip, city, mean income, mean value of properties, forcast appreciation, price to rent ratio, # of all cash sales, # of abandoned houses, and foreclosures in the area.

I do think the lower price of power is attractive to tech and other industries, therefore, we'll continue to see that grow (T-mobile's here and several data farms just south of us in Grant County (~25 min drive).
