I'm very new to real estate and aside from being thirsty to learn and DO, I'm not sure what I have to offer this industry.

It is MUCH easier to get a loan with a salary than being self employed (most of the positions you listed are) plus you will need 2 years of history in the industry to get conventional financing.

Hello everyone,I've recently gotten into the industry and I'm just looking to learn more about the Denver market and network with local investors, contractors, agents, etc.

I look for multiple suppliers of employment, industries, government, the average median income, cost of living to rent per unit, demographics and the momentum in demographics in that market given the culture, jobs, and lifestyle etc.
