I am always looking to connect with more people in the industry to share ideas, information, advice, etc.

Specifically in the areas I am farming the average DOM is 10 days or less.

Agree with others this is not a good Ling term hold unless appreciation will be above average.

I am trying to get as much exposure to this industry to find opportunity. 

They sell convenience in a service-based industry.

They do not look at hundreds to thousands of properties a week nationally, attend the trade shows, close the transactions, talk to the companies owning millions of sq ft of property to have a pulse on the industry.

Did they lose some kind of industry or is their crime?

DC police have a starting salary that is right about the median salary nationwide for the industry.
